Ingredients
8 slices of white bread
1 cup First Street Classic Melt
6 tablespoons butter, divided
Marinara Sauce, for dipping
Directions
  1. Cut crusts off each slice of bread.
  2. Roll out one slice with a rolling pin.
  3. Sprinkle the rolled out slice with about 2 tablespoons of First Street Cheese Classic Melt. 
  4. Roll up tightly and repeat with the remaining bread slices. 
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick pan and melt over medium heat. 
  6. Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons in the microwave. Dip rolls into the melted butter, one at a time. 
  7. Transfer to the pan and saute for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
